The goal
Two longtime Palm Beach nannies started The Village to end the scheduling scramble parents deal with: group chats, word of mouth, and sign ups scattered everywhere. They needed a launch site ahead of their first event, then a site that could grow into how the business takes bookings.
What we built
- Launch site introducing the founders, memberships, and the September 2026 Back to School Kick-Off
- Event registration with secure card payments and a confirmation email right away
- Seats held during checkout, so an event can never be oversold
- A morning email for the owners with seats sold, revenue, and the full roster for each event
- Activities, birthday party packages, and a photo gallery
- Nanny Match requests and an application for caregivers who want to join
- Contact forms with layered spam protection
The result
Parents find activities, book parties, request a nanny, and register and pay for events in one place. The site grew from a launch page into the business's booking system without a redesign.
